Warranty claim

Warranty claims can only be made by the original customer to whom the invoice is issued. The warranty cannot be transferred. The warranty period starts from the date of shipment by AcquaPhi AG.

In the event of a product defect that meets the warranty conditions, AcquaPhi AG should be contacted via the following online form. The return of a defective device can only take place after approval by AcquaPhi AG.

Warranty processing

The warranty is only granted upon presentation of a purchase confirmation with the date of purchase. The warranty period is 24 months from the date of shipment.

In the event of damage resulting from a product defect or material failure, AcquaPhi reserves the right to decide whether to replace or repair the unit.

The following cases are excluded from the warranty conditions:

  • Accident, improper use, improper installation, improper operation, use in areas not intended for use, negligence, lightning, hail and other acts of nature, modifications to the unit, improper transport and failure to follow the instructions in this manual.
  • Repairs or attempted repairs.
  • Transport damage after purchase.
  • Incorrect installation.
  • Extraneous.
  • Use of non-approved accessories.
  • Improper cleaning.
  • Any cause that is not due to a product defect.
